Can I wear a costume?
Of course! We love to see creativity and enthusiasm. We only ask that you keep costumes respectful. We reserve the right to ask anyone with a disruptive costume to leave and return once they have changed clothes.
Can I bring a weapon with my costume?
Real weapons are strictly prohibited, and unfortunately, as the event is held at a school, we have to ask that you avoid bringing fake weapons as well. If you arrive with a fake weapon, you will be asked to take it back to your vehicle before you are allowed to enter the event.
Can I take pictures with people dressed in costume?
There will be an area specifically for pictures with staff members dressed in costume. For pictures with any other attendee in costume, please ask that person respectfully and honor their answer. Harassment will absolutely not be tolerated and any attendee reported to the staff as being disrespectful will be asked to leave with no refund.
Do I need to be present to win a door prize?
You must be present in the main gym when the winners are selected and announced in order to win. If nobody comes forward after a reasonable time, another winner will be selected.
If I leave the show, can I re-enter?
As long as you still have your wristband, you'll be able to re-enter without paying again should you need to leave for any reason.
Is the show handicap accessible?
Absolutely! The large gym is easily accessible with a direct entrance from outside.
Do the vendors accept credit cards?
Some vendors do, but in general, cash is the safest bet and easiest to process for the vendors and exhibitors.
How can I pay for items in the silent auction?
Both cash and credit cards will be accepted for the silent auction, although there will be a 3% surcharge on any items paid for by credit card to cover processing costs. Payment is due upon winning the auction.
Is there an ATM onsite?
There is not an ATM in the school, so it's best to visit one ahead of time. However, should you need more cash, there are multiple banks and shops nearby that have ATMs, including PNC bank, Citibank, and Wawa.
