Silent Auction Prizes
The Phillipsburg Comic-Con silent auction will start when the doors open at 10am and run until 3pm. At 3pm, we will stop the auction, notify winners, and collect payment - you are expected to pick up item and pay in full with cash or credit at that time. Specific details are listed below.

Registering to Place a Bid
You must register your name and phone number at the silent auction table. The Comic-Con volunteers will help you fill out the appropriate information. We do not take credit card information until the time of payment.
Placing a Bid
Write your name and bid amount on the paper. Each item has a starting bid, a value that covers the cost of the item and shipping. The first bid cannot be lower than the starting bid and every subsequent bid must adhere to the bid increments, listed on the top of the paper.
Final Bids
Any attendee waiting in line to place a bid for a certain item as time expires will have one last chance to place a bid, or may choose to pass after seeing the current high bid.
Winning an Item
You do not have to be present at the end of the auction to win an item, but all items must be paid for and picked up by the end of the event. Once the auction ends at 3pm, we will call any winning bidders. The winning bidders have 30 minutes to pay for and pick up their item. If we can’t get in touch with the winning bidder or he/she doesn’t arrive in 30 minutes after the end of the auction, then the 2nd highest bidder will be contacted.
Paying for an Item
You need to pay for the item upon winning. Phillipsburg Comic-Con will accept either cash or credit card as payment from the winning bidder, although there will be a 4% surcharge added to any credit card purchases to offset processing fees.
Authenticity of the Items
Every item in the silent auction came directly from the celebrity, his/her publicist, or his/her publisher, unless otherwise stated.
