Arielle Jovellanos is a freelance illustrator and comic artist based just outside of NYC, who is fascinated with figuring out the contents of fictional characters' wardrobes and deciding how they might decorate their living spaces. Jovellanos majored in Illustration and Fiction Writing at Parsons The New School of Design, where she met her good friend Janet Sung - together they have self-published zines. But, Jovellanos is most well-known for pencils on the comic series School Spirit and her art for Jem and the Holograms Annual 1, published by IDW.
