CJ is a freelance artist and 2017 graduate of the Kubert School in Dover NJ. While at Kubert school, Oechsle met JP Buzio his partner on the currently series Mister Crowley. But, Oechsle wasn't always an artist. In 2012, CJ's girlfriend (now wife) Nicole convinced him to follow his dreams to be a comic book artist. However, in his short life, he's tried his hand at almost everything. This includes (but is not limited to): semi-professional rugby, fire-fighting, teaching, sales, management, and shoveling horse poop. CJ currently lives in South Jersey with his wife Nicole, his cat Zatanna, and a fairly impressive amount of student loan debt.
